What origin for your spices?
All our spices are selected whole, raw and directly by us. We deal directly with the producers. We are therefore the only intermediary between the producer and our pods.

The reasons for this choice are multiple:

The traceability of our spices

It seems inconceivable to us to offer such aromatic quality of our spices without mastering the source of these. We have mastered since the beginning the entire path of the spice, from his harvest to his milling, to the packaging in pod and to the plate!

This knowledge of the path of our spices values ​​in our eyes even more the product that we offer. We thus want to magnify the work of our producers by offering you their products.

Our relationship with producers

At each spice, we do all a research work at first culture areas, then producers. We come into contact with them; The quality of their work, the spice and the lasting relationship that we create are the three essential conditions for the spice to be found in your pods.

Our collaboration with producers

Working directly with the producer is also a constantly improving way of the quality of these products according to our expectations and therefore yours. We make sure to constantly favor the best parts of the plant harvested, to promote the best maturity of the spices, to define the best conditions of drying and transport of these. This, in a constant concern for respect for our aromatic promise.

Our know-how made in France

The spices mainly growing under the tropics, we always choose regions historically renowned for their culture of spice and their know-how, even the original cradle when it is possible for us to do so.

When the spice can push under our latitudes we then favored proximity. We will do it for our next spices, especially for aromatic herbs but also coriander, fennel or fenugreek cultivated in France. We also look at certain spices in French overseas regions for the development of our range.

Our raw material

We import our unrefined and non -ground spices ourselves. Indeed, whole spices, raw keeps all their perfumes, we are on the original product. The milling stage also allows us a last control of our raw material before poding.

Currently we are live with producers of India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Hungary France and very soon Guyana. The search for other spices will probably take us to other regions, we will let you know when new products are released!
