Oregano from Provence - Organic
A major ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine, our oregano comes naturally from Provence. Cultivated in organic farming, it will flavor your southern recipes. A cousin of marjoram (wild oregano), it brings resinous, warm and slightly peppery notes, somewhat reminiscent of savory.
Oregano is the ideal companion to tomatoes (Pizza, salad, tian, etc…), but it also works with all savory cuisine.
We offer it in the form of dried leaves, carefully sorted, without any woody part. It comes of course from Provence, guaranteed origin. Cultivated in organic farming.
