As the grind, you will sprinkle your dish with peppery sensations but on which the cardamom will come from time to time to explode in the mouth. The Pepper & cardamom is harmonious, fabulous. Pink berry and red pepper will bring some sweeter sensations in the mouth to top off this explosion of flavors and balance everything.
This blend is ideal for red meats but works great with vegetables.
Origins
A long journey
This trip is shorter than other of our spices. Indeed it is a personal mixture that I have been using for twenty years. The combination of these spices is surprising, memorable. I just wanted to share it with you.
