Max Daumin thus selects raw, unground spices directly from its producers in France and around the world.

Preserved spices

The best way to store spices and grind them at the last moment.

Aware that you do not have all the necessary tools to grind your spices. We offer a ground spice as if you had just ground it: The spice in berlingot.

For full preservation of the natural aromas of the spice, the spice is packaged in an airtight carton immediately after grinding. Each berlingot contains the equivalent of a teaspoon, perfect for a recipe for 4 to 6 people.

Our peppers and vanilla are available in raw version. Selected just after harvest and packaged in a kraft bag or case to preserve all their freshness.
