How about thinking outside the box? Our bouquet garni goes further than the addition of a few aromatic herbs. We wanted to make it a true concentrate of flavors for seafood products.

A touch of citrus: this combination of citrus fruits with fish and seafood is ideal. They are found in your mixture in the form of Timur Pepper from Nepal with notes of grapefruit, Combava with lemony and floral notes and orange zest.

We add a light hint of Cardamom from Kerala and Pink Peppercorns from Madagascar for some peppery and floral hints. All this on an aniseed bed supported by fennel from France.
