Ginger coriander prawn noodles and broths by Sarahtatouille

Ingredients

  • 200 g small grey shrimps
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 filet of olive oil
  • 1 L of water
  • 10 cl coconut milk
  • 1 Ginger
  • 1 coriander
  • 6 tablespoon soja
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 granny smith apple
  • some toasted sesame seeds

Preparation tips

Peel your shrimp and put aside the heads and carcasses.

Place the shrimp dissected until use.
