Chocolate fondant with Tonka bean and Timur Berry

Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 150 g caster sugar
- 40 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 1 Tonka bean
- 1/3 teaspoon Timur berry
Preparation tips
Fair melt the chocolate and the butter together in a bain marie. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar. Beat this mixture until you get a beautiful sparkling cream. Then add the sifted flour and the chocolate and melted butter. Mix well.
Finally, add a rapée tonka bean (or a Tonka bean berlingot) and 1/3 of a teaspoon of finely crushed Timur bay.
Mix the device again.
Butter a mold (or put parchment paper) and pour everything into the dish.
Bake and cook for about 20 minutes.
