Spelled with green cabbage, dried apricots and 4 spices

Ingredients
- 200g pre-cooked spelt
- 1 onion
- 500g kale
- 15 dried apricots
- 200g feta
- 50g almond
- - olive oil
- 1 vegetable broth
- 1 Four Spices
- - salt & pepper
- - vinegarrettete
Preparation tips
- Cook the spelled in a large saucepan with 3 times its volume of boiling salted water (60cl) over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Slice the onion. Wash, chop the curly cabbage.
- Cut the dry apricots into pieces. Crumble the feta.
- Prepare a broth with 5cl of hot water and a cube broth.
- Heat 2cs of olive oil in a pan and cook the onion for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
- Add the curly cabbage, cook for 1min and add the broth, cook 5 minutes before incorporating the apricots and a good part of the 4 spices mixture, (keep the rest to season your vinaigrette) prolong 3min.
- Grill the almonds in a pan for a few minutes.
- Prepare your usual vinaigrette by adding the rest of your mixture of 4 spices to give it more taste.
- In a large salad bowl, put the cooked spelled sprinkle with vinaigrette, sprinkle the feta, pan -fried vegetables and almonds, mix and taste immediately !!
