Rice croquettes with garam masala and coriander

Ingredients

  • 150g glutinous rice
  • 1 egg
  • 100g parmesan
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 Voatsiperifery pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala

Preparation tips

Cook the sticky rice. Mix the egg yolk, parmesan, voatsiperifery, and flour with rice.

Add the chopped coriander to rice and form small dumplings (2-3cm in diameter).

Mount the white in snow. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Garam Masala. Garam Masala

Coat white snow kibbles, then spicy breadcrumbs. Then brown them in a fryer.
