			Ingredients
- 1.5 apples
- 150 raisins
- 
																																	1
																						organic Madagascar black pepper 
- 
																																	2
																						cinnamon 
- 
																																	1
																						turmeric 
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Indian five spice
- 
																																	1/2
																						cloves 
- 250 ml cider vinegar
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation tips
Cut the apples into small dice (1cm x1cm). In a saucepan, add the apples, raisins, sugar and a little water (2 glasses). Let the grapes rest and inflate. Add apple cider vinegar, spices and salt.
Cook with soft lights for at least an hour. Check that the bottom does not hang, in case, add a little water.
The chutney is ready when it has the consistency of an apple compote.
