"Hello everyone, it's Nino Azzarello from Sicily and I'm a herbs producer and owner of Aromi Di Mascarella. I started my farm in 2019 and I developed several herbs in my field such us oregano, wild fennel and sumac. Then I use these aromas not only to season but also to flavor oil and liqueurs.
