Sautéed prawns with mango, rice

Ingredients
- 360g shrimp
- 1 mango
- 1 onion
- 1 Ginger
- 2 red peppers
- 240g rice
- - olive oil
- - salt & pepper
- 1 Homemade Recipe Curry
- - Ancho Chilli
Preparation tips
- Put the rice in a saucepan of salted water and cook for 10 min. from boiling.
- Chip the onion and chop the ginger. (You can reduce the amount of ginger if you like softer flavors).
- Wash and detail the peppers into small cubes.
- Heat 1CCs of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and ginger for 2 min.
- Add the peppers in cubes and continue cooking for 10 min. by stirring them from time to time.
- Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
- Drain the rice.
- Pour the cut mango and shrimp into the pan, salt and pepper, brown them for 5 min. Add the spices.
- Serve immediately with rice.
