Sautéed prawns with mango, rice

Preparation tips
- Put the rice in a saucepan of salted water and cook for 10 min. from boiling.

- Chip the onion and chop the ginger. (You can reduce the amount of ginger if you like softer flavors). </ ol>
- Wash and detail the peppers into small cubes. </ ol>
- Heat 1CCs of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and ginger for 2 min. </ ol>
- Add the peppers in cubes and continue cooking for 10 min. by stirring them from time to time.
- Peel and cut the mango into small cubes. </ ol>
- Drain the rice. </ ol>
- Pour the cut mango and shrimp into the pan, salt and pepper, brown them for 5 min. Add the spices. </ ol>
- Serve immediately with rice. </ ol>
