Ingredients

  • 500 g chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Cumin
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Guerande salt

Preparation tips

Preheat your oven to 150 °
