Ingredients
- 500g fillet mignon
- 1 chorizo or 80g sliced
- 1 broccoli head
- 500g carrots
- 1 garlic clove
- 3cs oil
- 1 Hungarian sweet paprika
Preparation tips
1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
2. Cut the filet mignon into 1cm thick slices, but without going to the end; They must all remain attached by the base. Salt, pepper and brush 1CCs of oil on the meat. Sprinkle with paprika.

8. Heat a large skillet or jumping with 2cs of oil. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 30sec.
9. Put the vegetables in the pan, salt and pepper and if you want to add a little paprika. Leave to grab 1min. Lower the heat and add a bottom of water and continue cooking covered for 10 min, while the vegetables cook. Add a little water if necessary.

10. Serve this pancake of vegetables with the fillet flavored with chorizo.
