Lentil curry with candied peppers

Ingredients
- 250g Organic green lentils
- 200g Organic candied peppers
- 30 to 40cl Organic coconut milk
- Some organic coriander browns
- 240g Organic basmati rice
- 1 Sweet curry flakes Recipe Maison
Preparation tips
- Cook the lenses in a casserole dish with 75cl of cold water (base 4 people) for 25 minutes. Salt half-cooking.
- Meanwhile, drain and cut the peppers into strips.
- Cook the rice 10 to 15 min in a saucepan of boiling salted water.
- Check the cooking of the lenses and drain them, put them back in the casserole dish with the coconut milk (to dose according to your tastes), the candied peppers, the curry, the pepper, warm up 3min.
- Add the chopped coriander and taste with rice.
