  • Cook the lenses in a casserole dish with 75cl of cold water (base 4 people) for 25 minutes. Salt half-cooking.

  • Meanwhile, drain and cut the peppers into strips.

  • Cook the rice 10 to 15 min in a saucepan of boiling salted water.

  • Check the cooking of the lenses and drain them, put them back in the casserole dish with the coconut milk (to dose according to your tastes), the candied peppers, the curry, the pepper, warm up 3min.
