Ceylon Cinnamon Chicken Fillets

Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 onions
- 100g raisins
- 2 apples
- 50g unsalted peanuts
- 3 teaspoon brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon soja sauce
- 1 cinnamon
Preparation tips
Soak the raisins in a bowl of boiling water. Cut the chicken fillets into 3-4 cm pieces and dice apples. Brown the onions and then the chicken over high heat.
Add the brown sugar, the cinnamon of Ceylon and the soy sauce, let it come back for a few minutes.
Add the diced apples. Let go over low heat for 15 minutes. Add the raisins and peanuts at the end of cooking.
Taste, rectify if necessary and serve immediately.
