Caramelized chicken fillet and roasted cauliflower with turmeric

Ingredients

  • 500 to 600g chicken fillets
  • 4cs soja sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 Greek yoghurt
  • 1 lime
  • 2 turmeric flakes

Preparation tips

  • Preheat your oven to 180 ° C

  • Detail the cauliflower in flowers. Rinse them. Coat them with a drizzle of sunflower oil, salt, pepper and turmeric. Place them in a single layer with a bottom of water in an oven baking sheet and bake about 20-30min. Add a little more water if necessary during cooking.

  • Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and marine them with soy sauce, 2cs of honey and crushed garlic cloves.

  • Prepare a sauce by mixing with the fork the Greek yogurt, lime juice, 1cs of honey, salt and pepper.

  • 10 min before the end of cooking the cauliflower, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the drained chicken strips (do not salt). When golden, add the marinade if there are still.

  • Serve hot with roasted cauliflower and yogurt sauce.
