Ingredients
- 500g wheat flour
- 100g powdered sugar
- 100g soft butter
- 30vl whole milk
- 1 egg
- 6g salt
- 20g yeast
- 40g powdered sugar
- 2 Ceylon cinnamon
Preparation tips
- In a bowl (or the bowl of the mixer robot), put the fresh yeast in a little warm milk.
- Then mix all the ingredients of the dough and knead (preferably hand or robot) until you get a smooth and elastic paste.
- Cover the dough with a cling film, let stand for at least 2 hours. It must double in volume.
- Make the cinnamon butter by mixing butter, cinnamon and sugar. You will get a homogeneous and consistent paste.
- Once the dough has risen, spread it into a rectangle of about 30 x 40 centimeters. Then spread with the cinnamon butter then roll without tightening too much.
- Then cut slices about 3cm thick. Place them on a baking sheet on a sheet of baking paper, leaving room between each Kanelbullar. Let rise again, about 1 hour.
- To give them a golden appearance, brush them with an egg yolk using a brush.
- Bake at 190 ° for 15 minutes.
