Ingredients
- 250g chickpeas
- 4 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 c.a.s. chopped fresh ginger
- 2 glass tomato coulis
- 1 Cumin
- 2 Curcuma
- 2 Madagascar Organic Black Pepper
- 2 green chillies
- 1 c.a.c. garam masala
- 3 c.a.s. chopped coriander
- 75 g butter
Preparation tips
Mix turmeric, cumin, garam masala*, pepper, peppers, crushed fresh ginger, 2 C.A.S of chopped fresh coriander. Add a little water weight water (cooking water if you have cooked them, or water from the jar of the preceded chicks)
Brown the shallot, followed add the spice mixture and the tomato coulis. Cook 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little chick weight water.
Then add the chick weights, simmer 20-30mn. Monitor the consistency by adding or not chick weight water.
Add the butter and the rest of the chopped coriander at the end of cooking.
Serve immediately with chopped coriander and lemon slices in decoration. Sprinkle a little with lemon juice
