Ingredients
- 250g shrimp
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon Indian five spice
- 2 Turmeric
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Mexican Ancho Rojo Chilli
Preparation tips
Put the shrimp in a dry pan. Grill them without burning. It is somewhere a roasting.
Leave to cool and grind everything at the mixer.
In another pan, brown the spices, add the lemon juice. Reduce slightly and add the crushed shrimp. Cook for a few minutes. Salt and rectify if necessary with lemon juice.
