Ingredients
- 650g tomatoes
- 1 big onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger
- 1 Curcuma
- 1 coriander
- 1 Cumin
- 1 Ancho-chilli
- 50g butter
- 1 a pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 sweet paprika
- 500g chopped chicken
Preparation tips
Prepare a marinade with: the juice of a lemon, a yogurt in Greek, 2 tablespoons of crushed fresh ginger, 1 puree garlic clove, 1 Berlingot de Paprika, 1 Berlingot of Curcuma and 1 spoon of Garam Masala. Corporate the chicken well with this marinade is cool for at least 12 hours
