Ingredients
- 700 g pumpkin
- 6 carrots
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 ml milk
- 1 poultry stock
- water
- 1 muscade
Preparation tips
Cut, remove the seeds and peel the pumpkin.
Cut, and peel the carrots as well as the potatoes.
then chop the onion and the pod garlic.
Put the vegetables in a large saucepan and cover with water.
Put the chicken broth, add the pod of nutmeg, salt and pepper .
cook over medium heat, until the carrots are tender then let cool.
Once the vegetables are well cooked, mix everything by adding the milk . You can, if you want to add a little cream.
