  • Put the rice in a saucepan of salted water and cook for 10 min. from boiling.

  1. Chip the onion and chop the ginger. (You can reduce the amount of ginger if you like softer flavors).
  2. </ ol>
    1. Wash and detail the peppers into small cubes.
    2. </ ol>
      1. Heat 1CCs of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and ginger for 2 min.
      2. </ ol>
        1. Add the peppers in cubes and continue cooking for 10 min. by stirring them from time to time.

        2. Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
        3. </ ol>
          1. Drain the rice.
          2. </ ol>
            1. Pour the cut mango and shrimp into the pan, salt and pepper, brown them for 5 min. Add the spices.
            2. </ ol>
              1. Serve immediately with rice.
              2. </ ol>
