- 500 g chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Cumin
- 1 Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- 1 teaspoon Guerande salt
Preparation tips
Preheat your oven to 150 °
In a salad bowl Mix chickpeas previously drained with olive oil., The cumin pod, the pod of Pepper, Espelette pepper and salt. A tip of turmeric can be added
on a baking sheet Divide the chickpeas in order to have homogeneous cooking. Cook for about 20 minutes until the chickpeas become slightly grilled and crisp.
serve once cooled.
