Ingredients
- 25 cl milk
- 75 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 baking powder sachet
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cinnamon
Preparation tips
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C
Preparation n ° 1: in a bowl Mix the milk with the melted butter; Incorporate the eggs
Preparation n ° 2: in a second bowl Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder. Add a pinch of salt as well as the pod of cinnamon and ginger.
Make a well and incorporate the preparation n ° 1. Mix to obtain a lumpy paste.
Garnish the muffin molds 3/4 and bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on their size.
