Turmeric hummus

Ingredients
- 400g of cooked and drained chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 berligot of Cumin
- 2 tablespoons of Organic Turmeric
- 4 tablespoons off olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of Tahini (sesame paste)
- salt and pepper
Preparation tips
In a blender, pour the chickpeas (keep a few for presentation), garlic, tahini, olive oil, cumin, turmeric. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Blend everything until you get a smooth and frothy texture.
Adjust the seasoning if necessary, and the texture if necessary by adding a little water (a tablespoon of water at a time, so as not to make your hummus too liquid).
Present the hummus in a bowl, arrange a few whole chickpeas, a drizzle of olive oil, and sprinkle a little turmeric on top.
