Caramelized chicken fillet and roasted cauliflower with turmeric

			Ingredients
- 500 to 600g chicken fillets
 - 4cs soja sauce
 - 2 garlic cloves
 - 1 Cauliflower
 - 1 Greek yoghurt
 - 1 lime
 -

Preparation tips
- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C 
 - Detail the cauliflower in flowers. Rinse them. Coat them with a drizzle of sunflower oil, salt, pepper and turmeric. Place them in a single layer with a bottom of water in an oven baking sheet and bake about 20-30min. Add a little more water if necessary during cooking.
 
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and marine them with soy sauce, 2cs of honey and crushed garlic cloves.
 
- Prepare a sauce by mixing with the fork the Greek yogurt, lime juice, 1cs of honey, salt and pepper.
 
- 10 min before the end of cooking the cauliflower, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the drained chicken strips (do not salt). When golden, add the marinade if there are still.
 
- Serve hot with roasted cauliflower and yogurt sauce.
