Mint chutney, the benchmark for chutneys

Ingredients
- 250g fresh mint leaves
- 1 shallot
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 1 Ancho
- 1 c.a.s brown sugar (or two)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation tips
Grind mint leaves, shallot, ginger, chili pepper and salt. Add lemon juice.
Stir in Greek yogurt and brown sugar. Mix well. Ready to use!
(Adjust if necessary with yoghurt, sugar or mint).
