Ingredients
- 4 wraps
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 peppers
- 2 fresh onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100g cheddar
- 2 assemblage Cajun
Preparation tips
1. Peel the onions and wash the peppers and tomatoes. Cut the three vegetables separately into 1cm cubes.
2. Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a large frying pan and fry the onions first, then, when they are transparent, add the tomatoes and peppers. Add salt, pepper and Mexican spices to taste and cook over a low heat, covering for 15 min.
3. Meanwhile, dice the chicken. Add to the pepper-tomato mixture, season with salt and cook, covered, for a further 7 min.
4. Cut the avocado into strips. Grate the cheddar cheese using a grater or peeler.
5. When the vegetable-chicken mixture is cooked, spread the mixture over the wraps, add cheddar cheese to each wrap and seal. Heat in microwave for 1 min to melt cheese (optional).
6. Then add the avocado slices and enjoy.
