Ingredients
- 4 Golden apples
- 30g Organic sugar
- 20g Cornstarch
- 2 Puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 Cement of Ceylon cinnamon
Preparation tips
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Peel and cut the apples into cubes. Put them in a saucepan with 10 cl of water, cinnamon and sugar, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 min.
- Add the cornstarch mixed with 5 cl of water (1/4 glass), and stir 1 min on the fire while it thickens.
