We have composed this detox masala chai only with spices having a digestive and detox action, of which here are the main benefits:
Fennel has been used for millennia in traditional European, Indian and Iranian medicines, for its digestive, carminative, antispasmodic, diuretic, galactogenic and expectorant properties.
Ashwagandha, or “Indian ginseng”, helps maintain normal energy levels and fight stress. Ginger contributes to the tone and vitality of the body. Cinnamon contributes to digestive and cardiovascular health. Licorice is used to treat digestive disorders, menstrual symptoms and infections. Lemongrass, which has antispasmodic, digestive tonic and calming properties, has an action against insomnia, stress and anxiety. Combava is known for difficult digestion, bile sluggishness. Turmeric also helps treat digestive disorders, stomach ulcers and liver disorders. The digestive virtues of galangal are recognized today in herbal medicine: it is used against difficult digestion, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and to help the expulsion of intestinal gas. Star anise (also called Badiane) facilitates digestion and acts on the effects of difficult digestion such as colitis, flatulence, intestinal spasms, bloating. Finally, moringa is a powerful support for the immune system.
This drink, which can be consumed at any time of the day, is a little concentrate of well-being!

With chai, the spices need a little more time to express themselves. We will start with an infusion at 80° for around 10 minutes.
This chai is consumed like herbal tea.
No flavors are added artificially, we only work with plants and spices. They express enough not to add aromas to this natural drink.
