Thyme PGI from Provence

“Thyme IGP de Provence” is a phenol thyme, with a high carvacrol level compared to other thymes. This makes it a remarkable thyme, powerful, warm and pungent.

It differs from other thymes which are mostly so-called "sweet" thymes or market garden thymes with a lower aromatic power.

Since February 19, 2018, this thyme has obtained protected geographical indication, highlighting both its aromatic qualities and the know-how of an entire agricultural sector.

We offer it in the form of dried leaves, carefully sorted, without any woody part. It comes of course from Provence, guaranteed origin.
